In this talk led by Certified Life and Transformational Health Coach Robyn Morrison, we’ll focus on why sugar is so hard to stop eating and what to do about those powerful, must-have-it-now cravings. We’ll also talk about stress, and how some of our daily habits might actually be creating our cravings and what we can do about this. Then, we’ll talk about how you can go from knowing what to do, to actually following through in a way that works for you!
