Adulting is stressful. The Information Age is stressful. Raising kids, being in a relationship, excelling at work, staying creative, maintaining healthy relationships and clear boundaries... it's hard to know where to put our energy with so much pulling on us and even harder to refill our cups when they're empty. This class will share profoundly powerful and efficient kundalini yoga technology to help you process your stressful week, unwind your mental static and slide into your weekend feeling relaxed, strong, clear, and creative. Through pranayama (breath), mantra (sound), mudra (hand postures), yoga, and meditation, we'll declutter and destress. This class is appropriate for all levels and you will (very likely!) love it.

$12 drop in fee or $50 for the 5 class series.

Beana Bern is a creative, energetic, compassionate and evolving Kundalini Yogi, Space Holder and Guide at Rootstock Retreat in West Glover, Vermont. New to teaching, but connected to the practice in various ways for the last decade, Beana fell in love with the efficiency, efficacy and beauty of this form of yogic technology. The reality of the impact of the Information Age on homo sapiens is still unclear. The volume of information we are now called to process and digest is staggering. It’s no wonder that anxiety is at an all time high, adrenals are fatigued and people’s nervous systems are weak. Add to that the collective grief we are feeling due to the mass extinction that is underway and the climate collapse, and you may agree that humanity requires a new kind of resilience. This "householders" yoga is the perfect practice to strengthen your body, focus your mind, charge your confidence and creativity and support you to leave your practice energized and ready to be of service to your community and your world. Beana is completing her 200 hour KRI Level 1 training with the Rama Institute of Applied Yogic Science and Technology in New York City and is grateful to share this potent medicine.
