IHeat up your core and feel your circulation from the inside out with a vigorous yoga practice with Katy Ann. Class will include mudra for affirming right intentions, vinyasa style warm up, long holds with pranayama, and a meditative ending. Vigorous Kripalu Yoga is intended for those practitioners with some yoga experience (not advanced). Class moves at a faster pace at times. Adaptations and props are available.
