April 16- 6pm Engaging with State Legislature
The Craftsbury Public Library will host a workshop with Katherine Sims on April 16 from 6pm to 7:30pm. In a time of uncertainty and rapid change, many Vermonters are looking for meaningful ways to connect with their communities and take action on issues that matter. This hands-on workshop empowers participants with the knowledge and skills to engage effectively with the Vermont Legislature—because every voice matters.
Whether new to advocacy or looking to deepen involvement, this 1.5-hour session will give participants the tools to track legislation, communicate with representatives, and make an impact on a local level. Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, everyone will leave with the confidence to engage in the process, connect with like-minded citizens, and influence the decisions that shape the state.
Join in and take the next step in shaping Vermont’s future—because democracy works best when we all participate.
