Story Time
The library is resuming story time this spring! Starting in May, Children’s Librarian Jen McKenzie will hold story time on Friday mornings at 10am. All ages are welcome and no preregistration is required.
In order to keep everyone safe, we have implemented some modifications to the usual story time routine for spring. Guidelines are sure to change over time, and we at the library will do our best to adjust to new guidance to keep story time both fun and safe for our families.
Story time will be held on Fridays at 10am; an additional day may be added.
Story time will take place outside, so be sure to dress accordingly. We will be adding a large tent soon to allow for some protection from sun and rain.
Participants must maintain social distance. The library will provide socially distanced seating spots for families.
Masks must be worn for those over 2 years old.
Spring story time will not include snacks.
Families can enter the library to browse for books, while following library guidelines: currently a limit of 10 people at a time and 15 minute cap on visit.
We can't wait to have all our young families back together, learning early literacy skills and socializing!
