All Level Yoga w/ Lindsey
Tuesdays | 9:15-10:30 a.m.
With a focus on alignment, breath, and body awareness, this class is open to all levels. Find non judgment, compassion and love for your body and your practice through breath work (pranayama), yoga poses (asana), and skillful transitions. Each class has a theme for practice both on and off the mat. We will practice centering, flow, safe core building, and full body stretching and strengthening.
Cost $15/session.
