Vermont Suitcase Company Presents Robin Hood and Maid Marian

Craftsbury! We're back! We were rained out last Sunday but we're excited to perform at the Craftsbury Commons at 4:30 on Thursday July 29th!

Eight actors and seven (all-new) puppets will be staging our own raucous, rowdy, relevant rendition of Robin Hood! In outdoor venues all around Vermont - from parks on Lake Champlain, to tents on the lawns of our beloved local theaters - we will be celebrating a merrymaking renaissance of our brave little state.
What, you don't know the story of Robin Hood and Maid Marian? The rascal Prince John who's in charge while his brother King Richard is away fighting in the Crusades?

The Sheriff of Nottingham and his two charming pig deputies, Dry Anthony and Wet William?

You know... The Merry MenFriar Tuck, and Little JohnChippie the union-man and Fischer always sharpening his knife?

You know... The orphanage going under, and Friar Tuck always drunk on his own ale?

The Archery Contest?

The chases and heists?

Well, then I guess I should start at the beginning.
