The Craftsbury Mental Health Resource Group will host an informational meeting on Wednesday, January 16, 7pm, following the Community Supper at the Craftsbury United Church. Come and learn about common mental health challenges like anxiety and depression (presented by Sharon Moffatt). The Group will share current resources and briefly share what the group has been up to during the last year. Together we’ll talk about next steps and goals for the future.
Participants will be entered in a raffle for a free massage at Whetstone Wellness. Join with others and together let’s erase the stigma surrounding mental illness
